Welcome to Claudia Parsons

Claudia Parsons is a new Hall of Residence opened in 2019 - this hall is named after an English engineer, traveller and Alumna of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ. She is known for being the first woman to circumnavigate the world by car. Located in the village, Claudia Parsons is at the heart of campus and close to lecture theatres, sporting facilities and the Students' Union.

Upcoming Plans

The student committee which organises events for the hall has put together a plan of suggested activities to help build hall community during the Welcome period. The below activities are not mandatory (unless specifically mentioned), and students are free to make their own choices about which activities they may choose to attend. Note that this is not an exhaustive list of local external venues/activities, which you may wish to explore independently.

 

A kitchen decorating competition will run from Tuesday 22 September to Friday 2 October. Best decorated flat wins a prize.
